School Signs – when ‘fully sick’ means you attend school!
We do a lot of work with various Queensland schools. Everything from Logos and Re-branding to Websites and Enrolment Packs.
Each school faces unique challenges and we enjoy providing solutions to suit each schools specific requirements. When Blackwater High School faced the challenge of improving school attendance they turned to Mopki and asked for help.
Mopki was engaged by the High School to develop a Direct Mail campaign based on the primary message ‘Missing School is Missing Out’ – raising awareness of the importance of attending school regularly and the incredibly positive impact it has on a childs career and life experiences. We worked on delivering the same primary message to two target audiences – firstly to students and secondly to their parents and the broader community. To back up the campaign the school wanted a publicly visible display of how they measure attendance.
Mopki created a colourful and distinctive attendance sign with a magnetic, moveable pointer and an area to display and change the actual attendance versus goal attendance numbers. Mopki came up with the concept, designed the artwork and delivered a fully printed and manufactured sign and magnetic numbers to the School.
The feedback? Students thought it was ‘fully sick’ so they wont be so…ummmm….. sick!
